The villa is situated at the new Venus Rock Resort, Secret Valley.  It is close to the A6 coastal route, 15 minutes from Paphos International Airport and Paphos town.

Because of the villa location it is advisable to hire a car for airport pick up and drop off.

Arrival and Departure times and days are normally flexible.

have the responsibility for looking after the villa.  It is owned and run by Susan and Robert who live locally, they will be on hand should you require any information or assistance.

Ha Potami Property Management provide guest services of:

Meet and Greet, Welcome Packs, Mid Stay Clean / Laundry.

Welcome Packs to be paid for on arrival cost €19 and consist of Bread, Butter, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Eggs, Fruit Juice, Jam, Biscuits, Water.  (Other items by request).

Mid Stay Clean / Laundry cost €66 and consists of basic villa clean, changing, washing of all bed linen and towels and is available for guests resident more than one week.  This service can be arranged and paid for locally.  If you prefer you can use the villa's facilities to carry out your own laundry. 

Information:

The villa has a Guest Information folder which contains details of the villa's facilities.

Also included are maps, information on places to eat, shopping, tourist publications, local festivals, attractions and activities.

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool area.

Smoking is only permitted outside of the villa.

Also provided:

Free use of Air Conditioning (subject to terms and conditions)

A fully equipped kitchen with 8 piece dining and cutlery set also plenty of glassware.

All bedroom windows fitted with sliding fly screens.

All bedding including Non-allergenic pillows.  Hand, bath and poolside towels.

Shaver points in all bathrooms and hairdryers in each bedroom.

Iron and ironing board.  Travel cot and bedding.  Safe.

LCD TV, hi-fi and DVD player.  Assorted DVD’s, CD’s, books and games.

Garden furniture, sun loungers & BBQ.

Power points, plugs and voltage are the same as the UK.

Below is our weekly rental rate for 2012.  The charge is for the villa not per person.       The villa is also available for long term rental, please contact us for details.

The Deposit is payable on booking and the Balance is due two months before the departure date.

Security Deposit:  There is a £100 returnable security deposit payable with the final Balance.  This is to cover any damage, breakages or losses that may occur.
