The villa is situated at the new
Columbia Resort, Secret Valley. Close
to the A6 coastal route, 15
minutes from Paphos International Airport and Paphos town.
Because of the villa location it is advisable to hire a
car
for airport pick up and drop off.
We have flexibility of arrival and departure times as well
as flexibility of dates.
Property Management
We have an exellent property manager in Barbara Topping,
she prepares the villa for our guests. She lives nearby and will be available should you require any information or
assistance.

Barbara provides the Welcome Packs,
she has two available, a Standard Pack and a Delux
Pack.

Information:
The villa has a Guest
Information folder which contains details of the villa's
facilities.
Also included are maps,
information on places to eat, shopping, tourist
publications, local festivals, attractions and activities.
Children must be
supervised at all times around the pool area.
Smoking is only permitted
outside of the villa.
Also provided:

Air Conditioning (subject to terms and conditions)
A fully equipped kitchen with 8 piece dining and cutlery set
also plenty of glassware.
All bedroom
windows fitted with sliding fly screens.
All bedding including Non-allergenic pillows. Hand,
bath and poolside towels.
Shaver points in all bathrooms and
hairdryers in each bedroom.
Iron and ironing board.
Full size fold up bed. Travel cot and
bedding. Safe.
Unlimited
Wi-Fi, internet
connected LED TV with UK TV channels, hi-fi, DVD and
Blu-ray player.
Assorted DVD's, CD's,
books and games.
Garden furniture, parasols, sun loungers & BBQ.
Power points, plugs and voltage are the same as the UK.

The villa is
available for private hire from April to
October, hire rates for 2026 in GB pounds below. The
price is for the villa not per person.

The Deposit is payable on booking and the Balance is
due two months before the start of
your holiday.
Payment:
Bank transfers
and Cheques accepted.
Security Deposit:
There is a £150 returnable security deposit payable with the final
Balance. This is to cover any damage, breakages or
losses that may occur.
